Message Title: Be A Vessel Of Honor
Hello My Friend,
Fornication, this is not something we like to talk about, in fact, it's a very dirty word among not only those in the world, but in the church as well. What exactly is fornication? It's any immoral act done with the body. We all know that premarital sex is fornication, but so is adultery, drug addiction, food addiction, homosexuality, yes, I dare say it, alcohol addiction, and idolatry. We can think and do a lot of sinful things, but acts of the flesh carry a heavy weight on us if we don't get a handle on them. “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.” - 1 Corinthians 6:18.
My old church has a motto, “Come as you are, leave better.” The Christian life is not one of just knowing that you accepted... (more)

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts,
to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
A number of years ago I had the opportunity to perform a
wedding service for a very special couple. Although the family
was relatively well known, the wedding itself was very small.
When I asked the bride why, she replied, "I'm not going to hug
somebody I don't know."
That feeling was not shared by Greta Peske who married Tony
Hokanson at Celebration Lutheran Church in Sartell, Minnesota,
this past October 10th. Indeed, Peske reserved a dance at the
reception for a man whom she had met only once in her life.
Even so, that man was, in some ways, responsible for that
wedding taking place.
Let me share: the name of the 51-year-old man from Arkansas
was Danny Daniels. In 2007, he was contacted by medical
personnel. They told him the tests showed he was a good bone
marrow match for a high-school girl who had come down with
leukemia. They wanted to... (more)

Ego Suicide Part 18
Here's the deal.
This whole blogging thing is ancient. No one does this shit anymore aside from people who don't keep up with technology or those of us who are 15 year old Malaysian girls. Nothing against Malaysians or 15 year old girls.
But I have to keep it up as some sort of forcing-me-to-practice-writing type blog. I don't think I have anything to say here like the glory days of ups and downs or bitching about shit that is totally in my control but I just refuse to do anything about. My situation with women is still the same, and It doesn't stem from bad luck. Just stems from me being a fucking asshole. Not like an asshole who just treats everyone shitty, I mean an asshole who doesn't really try to make anything work. I could sit here and write how it's tough to get along with folks my age but honestly, I'M even bored of hearing that shit from pretentious 20 year olds. They name call others as 'millennials' like it's a bad word without realizing those dudes were in the... (more)
